Fahad Rehman built NextGen Real Estate around an unusual combination: a broker with a finance background, a boutique team that operates at scale, and a refusal to do anything mediocre. His brand had to carry all three on sight.
The credentials are real. Three-time Top 30 Under 30 in Canadian real estate. Top 9% at Century 21 Canada. Globe and Mail features. CTV News. Court-approved expert witness on real estate matters. His brand needed to hold the weight of those credentials without slipping into the heritage-and-gold-leaf look that legacy firms rely on.
We built a visual identity grounded in restraint and signal. A deep navy carries the seriousness of the credential list without going stuffy. The neon accent says everything the navy doesn't: future-leaning, sharp, unafraid of standing out in a market built on convention. A line-drawn CN Tower anchors the brand to Toronto without resorting to skyline photography.
Every touchpoint, from signage to stationery to digital, reinforces what Fahad's clients describe in their reviews: serious credentials, refreshingly straight delivery. The brand says it before he opens his mouth.
